Infrared spectrophotometer for detecting oil in water
Infrared spectrophotometer for detecting oil in water
Product details

1The infrared spectrometer for oil detection in water meets the standard
Meets the national standard "HJ637-2012 Water Quality - Determination of Petroleum, Animal and Vegetable Oils - Infrared Luminescence Method"Infrared spectrophotometer for detecting oil in water
2. Technical principle of infrared spectroscopy water oil detector:
According to the HJ637-2012 standard, extract oil substances from water using carbon tetrachloride, determine the total extract, and then adsorb the extract with magnesium silicate. After removing polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils, determine petroleum. The total extract and petroleum content were calculated based on the absorbance A2930, A2960, and A3030 at spectral bands with wave numbers of 2930 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH2 group), 2960 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH3 group), and 3030 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic ring), respectively. The content of animal and vegetable oils is calculated based on the difference between the total extract and petroleum content.
3The department using the infrared spectrophotometer for oil detection in water
Environmental monitoring systems are used in testing rooms and laboratories for petrochemical, hydrological and water conservancy, water supply companies, sewage treatment plants, thermal power plants, steel enterprises, scientific research and teaching in universities, agricultural environmental monitoring, railway environmental monitoring, automobile manufacturing, marine environmental monitoring, transportation environmental monitoring, environmental research, etc.
